Key Responsibilities
- Proposal & Order Management : Prepare proposals, process sales orders, manage purchase orders, and track vendor shipments.
- Vendor & Logistics Coordination : Oversee vendor relations, ensure accurate pricing and lead times, and resolve shipping or product issues.
- Project Coordination : Maintain clear communication across teams, manage schedules, handle client inquiries, and support project documentation.
- Data & Reporting : Track project deliverables, maintain accurate records, and manage invoicing.
- Installation & Issue Resolution : Schedule installations, coordinate documentation, address punchlist items, and handle warranty claims.
