Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for quoting, planning, managing projects, and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare project quotes and budgets based on client specifications and typicals.
- Conduct pre-installation meetings with the internal team and lead foreman to review project schedules, scopes, and labor budgets.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with clients and building management.
- Monitor daily progress and generate daily reports for clients.
- Manage all punch list items for clients.
- Attend project meetings with clients as required, either on-site or via phone.
- Perform weekly progress invoicing for all ongoing projects.
