What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bindery Equipment Operator position at Official Offset Corp?
Bindery Operator
Experienced folder or cutter operator preferred.
Folder operator with main responsibilities setting up and running MBO and Stahl Folders. Cutter operator must be capable of programming and operating Polar or Wohlenberg cutter. Must be hardworking, self-motivated for Print facility in Amityville.
Operator must be able to operate equipment efficiently to produce quality finished products while maintaining a safe environment.
Must be able to follow customer job tickets and plan job as required & scheduled.
Properly monitor machines during run and troubleshoot problems when needed while keeping production in a timely fashion to maintain schedules.
Must perform routine maintenance as needed or when required.
Maintain safe & clean work environment.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Capable of working with others or independently when needed.
Must be reliable and able to show to work on time.
Able to work overtime & weekends when needed.
Dayshift- 7:30AM-3:30PM
