Preferred Qualifications *Availability to work shift during weekends and evenings What we expect from you *Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Officina *Willingness to work and learn in a team environment *A passion for food services *Ability to adapt and make decisions quickly in a fast paced environment *Maintain a positive and professional attitude with the team(s) *Attention to detail and sanitation rules Key Responsibilities *Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas *Load and unload dishwashing machines *Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots, delicate china) *Store clean dishes, glasses, silverware and equipment appropriately *Set up workstations before meal prep begins *Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils especially during peak hours *Maintain cleaning supplies stock and place orders when necessary *Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues *Remove garbage regularly *Sanitize kitchen area, including the floor Physical Requirements *Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time *Ability to bend, stoop, squat on a regular basis *Ability to lift/move around up to 50 pounds occasionally *Able to go up and down stairs throughout the shift. *All employees are to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specifics will be provided) Creative Food Group strives to cultivate an inclusive work environment and is proud to celebrate diversity within our ranks.
