Attorney Recruiter / Legal Recruiter
Offit Kurman is an Am Law 200 firm with 19 offices and close to 300 attorneys. We are searching for an attorney recruiter who has a strong respect for the legal profession, possesses a demonstrable track record of knowing where to find, communicate with, and hire top attorney talent, is a TEAM player, possessing a personal philosophy of going the extra mile to accomplish our recruitment goals.
Recruiter will be responsible for conducting initial screening calls with associate attorneys, sourcing top talent, coordinating onsite and video meetings and managing outside search firm relationships
Must have 3 years of attorney recruiting experience from a law firm or recruiting company. We will also consider remote candidates.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
