What You'll Work On:
- Employment Litigation: Handle cases involving discrimination, wage and hour disputes, disciplinary actions, and more.
- General Employment Counseling: Advise clients on employment law matters, including drafting employment agreements, handbooks, and workplace policies.
- Litigation and Advocacy: Responsibilities include drafting discovery and motions, taking and defending depositions, court appearances, and effective client communication.
