We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR and Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role will oversee payroll processing, accounts receivable/payable management, HR compliance, and social media engagement. Responsibilities
Payroll & Financial Management
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Retrieve and verify technician timesheets from ServiceTitan.
- Manage accounts receivable on a weekly basis using ServiceTitan reports, ensuring timely invoicing and follow-ups.
- Process bi-weekly vendor and supplier payments, verifying accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Collaborate with CFO Hub to maintain and update QuickBooks Online monthly.
- Assist in financial reporting as needed.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and legal requirements.
- Post three times per week on Facebook and Instagram to engage customers and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage Google My Business, updating photos and company details monthly
- 5 years experience in HR administrative roles, preferably in the plumbing or trades industry.
- Accounting degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceTitan, QuickBooks Online, Trello, and Google Drive.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, invoices, and payments.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and provide effective employee assistance.
- Can maintain consistent posting and engagement on social media platforms.
- $1,000-$1,300 depending on experience
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
