We are seeking an experienced friendly and organized Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at a new Montauk hotel.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation at the front desk. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in various software applications to manage appointments and data efficiently.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to keep client records up-to-date.
- Utilize software such as Property Management System, Office, and Google Suite for daily operations.
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk role or customer service position is required.
- Proficiency in computer systems, particularly Office Suite, and Google Suite.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential.
