Position Summary
ofi’s internship program is a great way to gain relevant experience and jump-start your career. You will work closely with exceptional talent, building on ofi’s purpose to “Be the Change for Good Food and a Healthy Future” and contributing to critical work for the business. As a Summer 2025 Intern, you will learn and contribute to a global organization, build a robust network, demonstrate leadership skills, and have some fun along the way.
The internship will provide an opportunity to work for a global food company, collaborate closely with various business teams, and gain exposure to business operations as well as project work to optimize and bring cost savings to the business through optimization of process and solution design.
The ideal candidate should be in good standing with an accredited university and have a desire to pursue a career within the food industry. Desire to learn in a fast-paced environment while working with teams on the shop floor across various locations and effective communication will be required for success in this internship.

Position Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation and Analysis: Conduct workshops, interviews, and document analysis to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Process Mapping and Improvement: Analyze existing business processes especially in supply chain, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for streamlining operations. Create process flow diagrams and other visual representations of business processes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales/customer/industry data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions. Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Evaluate different options and make recommendations based on cost, feasibility, and other factors.
- Must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university, working toward a bachelor’s degree, Masters, or MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline. Master/MBA preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment is required.
- Must possess a high degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
- Proven record of being a self-starter with a high degree of curiosity, initiative, and resourcefulness is required.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks and communicate effectively with various teams and suppliers.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team is required.
- Ability to effectively utilize problem-solving skills are required.
- Prior internship or co-op experience is preferred but not required
