Position Summary
Reporting to the Warehouse Coordinator, the drivers are responsible for transporting materials and handling deliveries in a timely manner between the facilities. They interact with various departments across multiple shifts to ensure continuous production. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of productivity by following company procedures while operating in a safe, secure, and efficient manner.

Position Responsibilities
- Maintain real-time communications with other Operations department leaders ensuring problem-free operations in Warehouse, Maintenance and Facilities.
- Ensure applicable warehouse processes are followed.
- Transport raw materials/packages between locations
- Account for all breakage, overage and shortages
- Timely and accurately complete delivery paperwork
- Follow Company work rules and policies
- Operate all company trucks in a safe, efficient manner
- Maintain all required maintenance logs
- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations regarding occupational health and food safety.
- Perform assigned jobs with minimum direction and supervision
- Maintain satisfactory attendance to include timeliness
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate is required
- Required to work any shift
- Required to work overtime, if necessary
- Required to comply with Company GMP and Safety policies
- Required to make regular, timely deliveries
- Excellent organizational skills to stay on schedule
- Ability to work well under pressure with multiple demands in a team environment is required.
- The ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, is required.
- Ability to work well under pressure with competing demands in a team environment is required
- Bilingual, English and Spanish, is preferred
- Valid state issued driver’s license
