Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, experience with heavy lifting, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles and equipment.
Duties
- Safely operate box trucks and vans to transport items to designated locations.
- Load and unload items using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manually as required.
- Ensure all items are secured properly during transit to prevent damage.
- Follow designated routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Assist in packing and unpacking items as needed during moves.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle and warehouse areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience preferred.
- Experience operating box trucks, vans, or other delivery vehicles.
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day.
- Experience with warehouse operations or route driving is advantageous.
- Knowledge of operating pallet jacks and forklifts is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
