Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting the right office furniture for their needs
- New business Development in several key industries
- Develop strong relationships with customers and guide them through the purchasing process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of office furniture, office cubicles, trends and product offerings
- Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team
- Coordinate with the delivery and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with showroom organization and inventory management
- Assist with furniture marketing efforts as needed
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally in furniture, home goods, or office products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of office furniture products and design trends is a plus BUT WILL TRAIN
