Are you a highly motivated IT professional with experience in fast-paced financial environments? We’re looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a reputable Investment Manager within their Technology Infrastructure team in Miami.
You’ll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our global desktop infrastructure for 500 users, including:
✅ Trading floor support
✅ VIP assistance
✅ Core IT services
This role offers hands-on experience with Windows 10, Citrix, SCCM, Bloomberg, Office 2019, corporate telephony, and networking technologies.
Key Skills:
✔ Trading floor or investment firm experience
✔ Hands-on expertise with SCCM
✔ Expertise in Windows, MS Office, Citrix, and market data platforms (Bloomberg)
✔ Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills (PowerShell, VBA)
✔ Knowledge of telephony, video conferencing, and mobile device management
