Employee-owned Oftedal Construction, Inc. has multiple openings for experienced heavy equipment operators in Hill City, SD. Open positions for both day shift and night shift include excavator, loader, dozer, grader, articulated haul truck, and roller. Work will extend into 2026. Hiring preference given to operator applicants with three years or more of heavy-civil/road construction experience.
Compensation & Benefits: Starting wage is $26.00/hr - $30.00/hr, night shift has a $1.50 wage increase, $110.00/day per diem, employee stock ownership, 401K, Health/Medical/Dental insurance (no out of pocket premium for employee, employee spouse and employee dependents), life insurance and career advancement opportunities.
All employment offers contingent on applicant passing pre-employment drug test.
