Registered Nurse (RN) position at Ogallala Community Hospital
Temp employment with a contract length of 13 weeks
Requires 24 months minimum of current Emergency Room experience
Job Requirements
Active Nebraska RN License
Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission
No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for
Schedule Information
Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed
All RTO must be less than 7 days and will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment
All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission
Unit Specific Information
Emergency Room experience required
Additional Details
Learning modules must be completed prior to start of assignment
Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty
