- Hourly pay plus overtime and bonus, ranging from $44,000 to $100,000 annually
- High-performing teams are paid well over advertised hourly rates.
- Travel per diem/paid hotel room when travel (rarely do we travel for work)

- Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability
- Experience finishing concrete work. Pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed. This includes handheld tools and power tool versions
- Experience working with hands and the drive to get things done.
