Job Overview:
Ogburn Concrete Leveling and Resurfacing is expanding our sales force! As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to assess issues with concrete slabs and recommend the best solution. You don’t need construction experience—we’re looking for a strong work ethic, coachability, and a desire to succeed. You’ll receive warm leads (no cold calling!), best-in-class training, and tools that set you up for six-figure success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations for concrete repair and leveling solutions
- Accurately diagnose slab issues and present tailored recommendations
- Use company-provided software and Apple products for estimates and reporting
- Follow up with clients, close sales, and drive project completions
- Represent OC with professionalism, care, and enthusiasm
- Travel to customer sites with company-provided vehicle
- Maintain a positive and solution-focused mindset
Qualifications:
- 2 years of process-driven sales experience (preferred, but not required)
- Construction knowledge is a plus, not a must—we’ll train the right person!
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, listening, and closing abilities
- Great tech and software skills
- Ability to walk, kneel, bend, and crawl when assessing job sites
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Apple devices and software
