You will work closely with the executive team and attorneys, ensuring our marketing efforts align with business goals. This role requires a hands-on leader who is both strategic and tactical, capable of rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns while also guiding high-level initiatives.

OGC anticipates the base salary to range from $120,000 to $140,000 and will depend on current market data and the candidate's qualifications for the role, including education and experience. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on several factors.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Awareness & Market Positioning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to enhance OGC's visibility and credibility in the legal and business community.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives, including content marketing, speaking engagements, and PR.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Define and maintain OGC's value proposition, messaging, positioning, and tone to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all touchpoints, reinforcing credibility and engagement with the legal and business community.
- Build and implement lead generation campaigns that attract and convert new clients.
- Optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, email campaigns, and website strategy.
- Leverage data and analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and drive ROI.
- Develop marketing strategies that nurture and retain existing clients.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to deepen relationships with key clients.
- Implement client education, referral, and loyalty programs.
- Establish and track key marketing KPIs, providing insights to measure the effectiveness of brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention efforts.
- Develop and present regular performance reports to senior leadership, using data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Utilize marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms) to monitor campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional growth.

- Strong project management skills and ability to execute with excellence.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
