Ogden & Company, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Element 84 Apartments in West Allis, WI. The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of a luxury multi-family property. This includes assisting with tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, vendor coordination, and maintenance oversight to ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and property performance.

Assist with leasing activities, including tours, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.

Support rent collection efforts and ensure accurate recordkeeping in property management systems.

Respond promptly to resident inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.

Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders.

Monitor property condition and report maintenance or safety concerns to the Property Manager.

Assist in preparing reports, lease renewals, lease agreements and other documentation as needed.

Maintain compliance with all company policies, fair housing laws, and local regulations.

Support resident retention programs and community events as directed.

Step in for the Property Manager during absences, as required.
