Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Commercial Lease Analyst.
Responsibilities for Lease Analyst:
- Reviews, compares, and analyzes operating expense and tax reconciliation statements received from landlords to ensure expenses charged to clients comply with terms, as outlined in the lease
- Resolves critical issues for clients by researching and gathering information about payment transactions, lease terms, and other relevant items
- Ensures data integrity and accuracy quality control of data input of new leases and lease renewals
- Perform detailed audits, as necessary, by reviewing, analyzing, evaluating, and disputing rents and year-end reconciliations for all lease-required expenses Process standing monthly payments
- Work with an accountant on necessary journal entries to correct, reclassify, or record items
- Analyze, and evaluate commercial lease credit requests
- Assist Commercial Property Manager with Budgeting, capital projects, and cash forecasting
