What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at OGGI Corporate Office?
Office Assistant : I am looking for an Office Assistant to provide A/R , A/P (Quick Books knowledge preferred ) and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of the daily office operations. This is approximately 12 hours per week . Mon-Wed 9-1 depending on time of year. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and will be able to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Reliability is a must with own transportation.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in the preparation of regularly office duties
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of general office procedures.
- Working knowledge of Quick Books is beneficial
- Light computer work
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
