Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, causal dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including food pairings and drink specials.
• Operate the POS system efficiently for order entry and payment processing.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and organized at all times.
• Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food service industry.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a fine/casual dining or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with TOAST POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is a plus.
• A background in the food industry or hospitality is beneficial.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

A least 5 years’ Experience in a full-service Restaurant as Bartender/Server

· Ability to work under pressure

· *Excellent communication skills

· Responsible Beverage Service Certification required

· Food Handlers Card

· Flexible to work different shifts

· Team Player

· Good verbal communication skills

· Able to multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
