It is the responsibility of the stand worker to greet and serve all patrons. To exceed customer expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Opens and closes refreshment stand.
Prepares food items for sale on menu.
Serves food and beverage to all customers.
Operation of small equipment.
Handling of cash and cash register.
Follow all safety procedures.
Other duties may be assigned by Supervisor.
Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
