Assists guest visiting the lake.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Follow daily procedures.
Help coworkers as needed.
Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.
Daily :
Wait on all customers in a friendly and timely manner.
Clean each boat in the morning and as needed throughout the day.
Unlocks all boats.
Ensures that each person is on an assigned boat.
Assists guests while getting on and off the boat.
Secures life jacket on children.
Monitors the time guests are on boats.
Keeps dock area free of debris.
Hoses dock off daily.
Walks around the lake, playground, and parking lot picking up debris.
Keep seating area neat and clean.
Assist with cleaning of the shelters.
Clean and disinfect restrooms throughout the day.
May assist with the refreshment stand.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
