What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor position at Oglebay?
The Saritas Coffee and Goods Supervisor will oversee day to day operation of Saritas Coffee and Goods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for overseeing team members.
Monitoring the production and quality of the beverages and food items being served
Assist in the onboarding process and training of the new associates
Ensures all items are being served in a timely efficient and timely manner.
Ensure that all health code regulations are being maintained.
Ensure that we are providing great customer.
Create a positive working atmosphere.
Understand point of sales system.
Working closely with manager to ensure that quality control measures are being enforced.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Will supervisors 4 attendants/baristas per shift.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree(GED);or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
