The Wheeling Park Café Supervisor will oversee day to day operation of the Wheeling Park Cafe.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for overseeing team members.
- Monitoring the production and quality of the beverages and food items being served
- Assist in the onboarding process and training of the new associates
- Ensures all items are being served in a timely efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure that all health code regulations are being maintained.
- Ensure that we are providing great customer.
- Create a positive working atmosphere.
- Understand point of sales system.
- Working closely with manager to ensure that quality control measures are being enforced.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Will supervisors 4 attendants/baristas per shift.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree(GED);or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary : $15 - $17
