Position SummaryOur vibrant, market-dominating Phoenix office has an opportunity for an experienced litigation attorney to join the firm’s expanding Employment Law Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are passionate about assuming a first-chair / lead lawyer role on employment litigation and pre-litigation matters, including single plaintiff employment cases and restrictive covenant enforcement. This role requires extensive contact with the courts, clients, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel.Duties include all aspects of corporate labor and employment legal representation, but are not limited to, strategic litigation and trial work through all phases of the litigation lifecycle.RequirementsJuris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing.
