Requirements
- Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing in their primary state of residence
- A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing business immigration as a licensed attorney.
- Experience working in a high-volume business immigration practice group.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
- Must be well-organized with the capacity to prioritize and take initiative in case management.
- Excellent skills in research and writing affidavits and briefs.
- Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills.
