Position Summary
We are looking to add a Program Coordinator to our rapidly growing Data Analytics team to help implement the processes and functions we need to scale successfully. Our Data Analytics team consists of a diverse group of analysts who provide analytics support for the firm’s and client’s data analysis needs. We are looking to bring someone in to help intake data analysis requests, update our Jira boards, track project statuses, stay on top of project budgets, assist with reporting, and ensure our time entries are accurate and entered on time. Our team operates at a very fast pace with a lot of projects going on at once and more always coming in, so we need someone who is ready to hit the ground running and help us keep on track.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $59,600 and $75,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.

Essential Functions
- Coordinate our analytics projects to ensure they are completed on time and that parties are kept up to date on the status of their projects
- Serve as the main point of contact for the team, coordinating directly with attorneys, paralegals, and stakeholders
- Assist analysts with daily time entry submissions and ensure appropriate narratives and adherence to billing guidelines
- Attend standups, sprint planning sessions, sprint retros, and associated meetings
- Act as a note taker and owner of action items that arise from meetings
- Regularly review projects and associated budgets to catch projects before they exceed their budget
- Work with the team to ensure that blockers and impediments are addressed as quickly as possible
- Update Jira stories to include relevant information
- Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and timing and develop associated project plans as needed
- Work with the team to make effective decisions when facing conflicting deadlines or requirements
- Collaborate with other groups in the Knowledge & Innovation department to assist as needed
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Track and report on recurring metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years’ experience as a program or project coordinator or a similar role providing structure to a team of 30 members
- Experience with tracking large numbers of active projects and working with team members to ensure deadlines, time commitments, and budgets are met
- Experience working in a law firm or legal department
- Experience with Jira or other project management solutions
- Experience communicating directly with stakeholders regarding the status of their projects
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Initiative and problem-solving abilities with a focus on building it better and continuous improvement
- Keen interest in technology and innovation, and ability to quickly learn new platforms
- Familiarity with data analytics and dealing with data analysts is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Experience with Smartsheet is a plus
