Position Summary
The firm’s fast-paced RFP and Pitch team has an opening for a Senior Marketing Database Coordinator who will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Ogletree’s experience management software (Litera’s Foundation Software (Foundation)). In addition, the coordinator will be responsible for implementing new marketing use cases for firm and department data. This position will also support the data-related needs of the Client Services Department, including data compilation, data hygiene, and reporting needs. The successful candidate must reside proximate to Atlanta, GA, Birmingham, AL, or New Orleans, LA and this position may be remote or hybrid although there may be times the coordinator will be required to be in the office for trainings or team meetings. Depending on location, this position might also require minimal travel for team or departmental meetings.

Essential Functions
- Assisting the RFP and Pitch team and the wider Client Services Department, and collaborating with other departments as necessary, on data compilation, data hygiene, and data verification.
- Handling the day-to-day administration of Foundation.
- Preparing data for migration into Foundation, including identifying data quality issues.
- Developing and recommending data options, processes, and workflows, and configuring the same.
- Identifying requirements for fields and data taxonomies related to Foundation.
- Effectively communicating with database stakeholders about data needs.
- Creating and maintaining reports from disparate departmental data sources to create marketing-related action items and updates for the department and various practice/industry groups.
- Assisting the Client Services Department with taxonomy creation and consistency to ensure data can be easily accessed by and transferred between multiple teams/departments.
- Aligning various departmental and firm data streams.
- College degree
- 3 years experience working with knowledge databases, including experiential databases, e.g., Foundation
- Proficient in MS Office and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with data platforms, including SQL and Power BI
- Ability to review large data sets
- Professional approach and a commitment to client service
- Highly motivated and self-directed, including the ability to work independently and to take a leading role on assigned projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills, including the ability to professionally communicate with a wide variety of individuals and respond to inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, proactively address issues, and act with a sense of urgency when needed
