About the job: The APRN - NP Specialty provides acute healthcare services for specialty health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. This position will practice in the ICU rotating between our three main campuses. They will work a night shift / rotating schedule, 12 hour days. What you need: Education: Masters required in Science, Nursing or Specialty field. Graduate of an Advanced Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program. Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio Certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse in designated specialty required. American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is preferred BLS provider certification required ACLS, NRP, EFM and PALs required for some departments Holds a DEA license for controlled substances or ability to obtain as required All qualifications above are subject to grandfathering by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
