Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Position Purpose: Medical Practice Representative serves as a primary contact/link between office and all outside parties. Performs duties such as scheduling appointments, entering patient demographics into system, filing and maintaining patient medical records Specialty: Gyn Onc Location: 495 Cooper Road, Suite 400, Westerville, Ohio 43081 hours of office: Monday –Friday 8:00a – 4:30p What You Will Do: Welcome patients Register patients Gather insurance, check demographics Soft collections Answering incoming calls EPIC Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school graduate or equivalent Licensure / Certification: N/A Experience: One to two years of medical office experience preferred Experience answering multiline telephone system preferred Basic computer skills required Position Highlights and Benefits: Competitive compensation and benefits packages including medical, dental, and vision with coverage starting on day one.
