Responsibilities
- Greet customers entering and leaving the business
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Accurately process all cash and credit payments
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Make Drinks and Milkshakes
- Input 3rd party orders into POS answering phones and taking phone orders
- Multitasking is a major plus.
- Correctly input customers orders into the Point of Sales (POS) system.
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
