The Role:
We’re looking for a Content Creator to join our LA team, focusing on Bo Tee! Working closely with our Executive Producer, you’ll play a key role in capturing high-quality content from model shoots, creating engaging visuals for each collection launch, and editing videos for Instagram and TikTok that align with our brand aesthetic.
You will execute new ideas, shape content strategy, and continuously refine best practices in a fast-growing, trend-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Capture and edit high-quality video content from model shoots and product shot days.
- Social Strategy: Execute our social content plan, keeping it fresh, innovative, and aligned with brand identity and clean aesthetic.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of trends and integrate them into our content for maximum engagement.
- Video Editing: Create polished, on-brand videos using in-app tools and external software (Splice, Adobe, InShot, CapCut etc.)
- Creative Innovation: Bring new ideas to the table, pushing boundaries to elevate our brand presence.
- Fast-Paced Execution: Thrive in a high-energy, rapidly evolving environment, adapting quickly to change.
What We’re Looking For:
- TikTok Addict – You live and breathe the platform and instinctively know what works.
- Fashion-Focused – Previous experience in a TikTok content role, ideally in fashion, is a plus.
- Creative & Proactive – A self-starter who loves generating fresh, engaging content ideas.
- Skilled Editor – Strong video editing skills and an eye for aesthetics.
- Organized & Motivated – Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and execute with precision.
- Willing to Travel – Comfortable with national travel as and when needed for shoots and events.
