Duties

• Perform carpet cleaning using various techniques and equipment, ensuring thorough cleaning and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-cleaning inspections to assess the condition of carpets and determine the appropriate cleaning methods.
• Utilize floor care methods such as buffing and shampooing to maintain the appearance of carpets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Document completed jobs and report any issues or additional needs to management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in carpet cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial services is preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental services and floor care techniques is a plus.
• Ability to operate carpet cleaning machines and equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the workday.
