What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swimming Pool Construction Manager / Pool Project Manager Superintendent position at Ohana Construction Service LLC?
We are looking to expand our team and bring on another project manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process. Looking for someone in the SW Austin area.
Essential Duties
- Oversee construction project from start to finish with minimal assistance
- Layout out Pools accurately
- Reading construction documents and plans
- Oversee and manage all phases of the construction process, taking digital photos throughout, and responsible for ensuring completion of all required inspections.
- Managing and communicating with crews
- Manages and schedules labor, equipment, material, and resources.
- Self-starter and demonstrates initiative
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Effective problem solving skills, ability to handle adversity
- To proactively identify potential problems within production and find resolution to minimize damage/risk
- Demonstrates time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Swimming Pool Industry experience REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to read and follow blueprints details REQUIRED
- Ability to manage a job site
- Three to five years of experience as a project manager in construction or related field required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Demand excellent quality of workmanship
- Ability to delegate and follow-up
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in the office, vehicles, and customer work-sites
- Must be able to show up on time
- Must have reliable transportation
