Job Opportunity: Receptionist / Front Office Staff
Location: Ohana Control Systems, Honolulu, HI
Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Starting Pay: $20 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, vendors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain the front office’s organization, including office supplies and filing
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and document preparation
- Support internal teams with clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
