The Position:
We're looking for a passionate Social Services Manager to plan, coordinate and implement the overall emotional and social needs program for residents. This position encompasses:
- Supervises Social Services Assistants
- Assures that all residents and families are informed fully concerning "residents rights"
- Provides individual and family counseling and case management services to individuals and families when necessary.
- Provides consultation to members of the team, community, agencies, etc. in efforts to solve the needs and problems of the residents through the development of social service programs.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work or combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a health care setting preferred, supervisory experience preferred.
- Licensed by the State of Hawaii as a Social Worker
