We are looking to add an Inside Sales Associate to our team in Sunbury, OH. This person will prepare and coordinate orders and forecast orders with both the sales team and warehouse department. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated with advanced skills in multitasking and relationship building. This is a faced paced position that requires attention to detail and conflict resolution. Call center experience is beneficial.

What You Will Do:
· Enter customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
· Prepare forecasted orders with sales team.
· Prepare releases and share with warehouse.
· Prepare and monitor critical parts list.
· Review backorders daily to ensure timely shipment to customer.
· Assist all sales personnel as needed.
· Prepare weekly and monthly reports as requested by supervisor.
· Answer incoming customer calls and resolve any concerns for customer satisfaction.
What You Need to Succeed:
· Six to twelve months of experience in customer service or call center environment, a technical or industrial field preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Comfortable with direct customer contact, conflict resolution, multitasking.
· Accuracy in order entry process.
· Integrity and honesty in communicating deadlines with customers.
· Ability to work autonomously and with a team.
· Advanced critical thinking skills with the ability to thrive while remaining calm under pressure.
This is primarily a sedentary position that involves sitting most of the time and may include walking and standing for brief periods.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
