We are looking to add an Operations Assistant to our team in Sunbury, OH. This position entails daily support to our production team in the manufacturing plant and clerical functions in the Operations office. Our ideal candidate will be comfortable in both environments. The schedule will typically be Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.

What You Will Do:
- Receive daily incoming company calls.
- Process and distribute inbound and outbound mail.
- Greet all guests and sign them into the Visitor Log.
- Perform filing and maintain data tracking forms (mostly through Excel), as assigned by supervisor.
- Clean and stock Cafeteria, Visitor Room, Conference Room, and restrooms as needed.
- Submit any purchase order requests to the supervisor for approval.
- Assistance with invoices, Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable, as needed.
- Prepare and obtain any correspondence for internal and external distribution (mostly through Outlook) with supervisor approval.
- Contact service providers for necessary maintenance on production machines and equipment, with supervisor approval for all expenses.
- Other duties as assigned, based on company needs to maintain production levels in the manufacturing plant.
What You Need to Succeed:
- One to three years of experience in a warehouse office setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Typing proficiency of 40 – 50 wpm.
- Technical or industrial experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to work overtime on occasion.
This is primarily a sedentary position that involves sitting most of the time in the office with periods of walking, standing, bending, reaching, and/or climbing a ladder as needed in the factory.
