Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Support servers by providing assistance with guest orders and special requests.
- Ensure that all food handling and safety standards are followed during service.
- Help with food preparation during busy periods, as needed.
- Participate in banquet service, ensuring that all guest needs are met promptly.
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food handling and preparation techniques.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
