As an All Natural ohDEER Deer Control technician, you’ll be responsible for using our all-natural deer repellent to keep local gardens and landscapes safe from unwanted deer damage. But this isn’t your average job - you’ll need to be quick on your feet and able to think on your antlers, as deer can be notoriously sneaky.

Pay Range, Benefits, and Perks:

At Oh Deer South Shore, we believe in rewarding hard work and providing the support you need to thrive. Here’s a quick look at the compensation and benefits that make working with us both financially rewarding and personally fulfilling:

Pay Range:

• Starting pay is $21-$26 dollars an hour on average. Base pay plus commission.

Incentives and Bonuses:

• Big Buck Club: Produce $32,000/month in revenue and earn a 1.5% return on total production, plus a 1% increase on commission percentage for the following month.
• Referral Bonus: Receive bonuses for referring new hires to the team, rewarding you for helping us grow.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Apply our natural pesticide solutions to outdoor spaces.
• Follow standard procedures to apply treatments safely and effectively.
• Maintain and clean spray equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Ensure quality assurance standards are met on every job.
• Provide professional and reliable service to clients.
• Accurately document treatments and update client records.
• Communicate job updates, questions, and concerns to supervisors.
• Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and 6 years of safe driving experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and providing top-notch service.
• Must be able to walk 5 miles a day
• Must be able to carry 50 pounds

Preferred:

• Previous experience in landscaping, pest control, or a related field.
• Familiarity with eco-friendly or natural pest control solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain spray equipment.
