We are seeking an organized, creative, and collaborative Outreach Case Manager to join our Trauma and Counseling team. The Outreach Case Manager will be responsible for managing outreach initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups on intervention paperwork, and supporting the team with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will use Canva to create eye-catching graphics for team use, promote events and services produced by our trauma and counseling programs, and research relevant grief resources. Must have advanced skills in Canva to create graphics to promote groups and services (with samples). The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently as well as within a team and has with excellent follow up skills. This part time position is based Brooklyn and offers a hybrid schedule.
