No prior experience is necessary, however P&C License is required within 30 Days of hire date.

Responsibilities
- Process cuurent customer policy change requests.
- Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Follow Up on prospective leads generated by Marketing
- Perform 15min Discovery call with prospective customers to identify insurance needs
- Work in Erie Agent Exchange to originate and close quotes
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframe.
