ABOUT
Ohio Ark Insurance is seeking to hire a sales representative to join our team in our Chagrin Falls, OHIO office. Working remotely, while working provided lead, this individual will also utilize our sales process to reach out to local business owners. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, wants to have an ownership interest and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth. Prior to getting started, the candidate will need to attain their OHIO Property & Casualty license
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell Ohio Ark Insurance products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to both prospective commercial and personal lines customers.
- Incentive Marketing - Take advantage of Partner tools, which genuinely attract and differentiate our offering from other Insurance Agencies. Deliver OAI's Unique Value Propositions (UVP's) that enhance our prospects ability top grow.
- Networking - Develop relationship with companies that compliments our Insurance Services.
- Meet Quota - Attain at minimum15-20 Polices per month. Meet quarterly individual and team goals for NEW customer acquisition.
- Track progress and results - Utilize OAI's mobile and desktop CRM to record prospect interactions and track goal attainment
- Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Ohio Ark Insurance’s overall market opportunity.
- 1 Year Business Plan - Candidate will be expected to draft a 1 year Sales & Marketing plan, and manage a Profit & Loss Sheet
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience selling a product and/or service
- Current P&C Insurance License or attain one after 30 days from hire date
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Uncanny ability to manage and build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly quotas
- Skills in communicating, selling and negotiating
- Unrelenting drive to understand and exceed prospective customer expectations
- Familiarity with CRM, Google Drive and Digital Strategies
