Ohio Ark Insurance is looking for a sales representative to join our team in our Chagrin Falls office. Working remotely, this individual will dilgently work leads that are given to them, while actively seek out and engaging Small Business Owners who greatly benefit from our line of industry specific Insurance products and / or services. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, wants to have an ownership role in the agency and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Demonstrate, promote, and sell Ohio Ark Insurance products and services - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to both prospective commercial and personal lines customers.
- Incentive Marketing - Take advantage of Partners tools, which genuinely attract and differentiate our offering from other Insurance Agencies. Deliver Unique Value Propositions (UVP's) that enhance our prospects ability top grow.
- Develop and foster relationships - Develope relationship with companies that compliments our Insurance Services.
- Meet and exceed targets - Attain at least 15-20 Polices per month. Meet quarterly individual and team goals for NEW customer acquisition.
- Track progress and results - Utilize OAI's mobile and desktop CRM to record prospect interactions and track goal attainment
- Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Ohio Ark Insurance’s overall market opportunity.
- 1 Year Business Plan - The Ability to craft and manage a Profit & Loss Sheet
