Allstate Can, a division of The Ohio Art Company, is in need of Machine Operators for the second shift. This position will require work on-site 5 nights a week , (Mon - Fri 4 : 30pm-1am) with overtime potential on weekends. Machine Operators will be responsible for the efficient operation of machinery used in the metal fabrication and manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare machines for operation by adjusting settings, loading materials, and ensuring all components are in place.
- Operate machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they function correctly.
- Ensure products are made to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance procedures on equipment to prevent breakdowns and uphold peak performance standards.
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions through systematic troubleshooting and timely repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe work environment for yourself and others.
