Base Salary: $36,000.00 COMMISSION
Hours: M-TH – 9 am – 5:30 pm (pick 2 late nights until 7), Friday 9am-5pm
Commissions for Issued Production:
ALLSTATE PRODUCTION PREMIUM TOTAL
COMMISIONS & PBR BUNDLE BONUS - 82% MINIMUM
Between $13,000 and $16,000 5% 2%
Between $16,001 and $20,000 7% 2%
Between $20,001 and $25,000 9% 2%
Between $25,001 and $30,000 11% 2%
Between $30,001 and $35,000 13% 2%
Between $35,001 and $40,000 15% 2%
Between $40,001 and $45,000 17% 2%
Between $45,001 and $50,000 19% 2%
$50,001 and Higher 20% 2%
Brokered Business 7%
National General 3%

Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to help them choose the best auto insurance plans.
Personalized Advice: Assess individual client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
Sales Development: Generate new sales opportunities through effective networking and follow-ups.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and service to clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Cross-Selling: Identify potential for upselling additional insurance products or packs.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the agency's reach and improve strategies.
Requirements
Licensing: Valid Ohio Property & Casualty License required (Will Help Obtain)
Experience: Proven experience in a sales role.
Be a self-starter.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective client engagement.
Customer-Centric: Strong ability to understand and meet client needs, fostering a positive client relationship.
