Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Foster relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their individual insurance needs.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to determine suitable insurance products that meet clients' requirements.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the insurance products offered to provide clients with comprehensive and accurate information.
Sales Strategies: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and company sales targets.
Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up with clients to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and company compliance standards.
Requirements
Allstate Experience Preferred
Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License required.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Team Collaboration: Strong team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate effectively.

Salary : $36,000 - $70,000
