Dining Room Specialist
REPORTS TO : General Manager / MOD (Manager on Duty)
REQUIRED TRAINING / EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE : Retail or restaurant experience preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : Able to stand for 9 hoursAble to lift at least 25 poundsGood hearing and good listening skillsBasic English language skillsMust be focused on GUEST's needs
The Dining Room Specialist plays a critical role in achieving OUR MISSION : To deliver the best burger and fry experience ever and have fun doing it.
Responsibilities / Duties
- Punch in, sign in, and report to the General Manager / Assistant Manager on time & in fulluniform for each shift. Obtain Manager's approval prior to punching out.
- Must be focused on delivering our standards and providing the MOOYAH serviceexperience.
- Have a thorough knowledge of all of the MOOYAH cleanliness and FOH operatingstandards.
- Have positive interactions with GUESTS throughout the shift.
- Perform opening set up, ongoing shift work responsibilities and closing duties.
- Always conduct yourself professionally and have fun while providing outstanding MOOYAHservice.
- Maintain cleanliness of the FOH and restrooms throughout the shift.
- Ensure timely restocking of paper goods, beverage station products and all restroomnecessities.
- Maintain safety & sanitation.
- Attend all employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
- Avoid leaving work area during peak periods.
- Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager / Assistant Manager.
- Willing to have fun, while smiling and making positive, friendly eye contact with theGUESTS. Has a good understanding and plays and active role in Guest Obsession.
